ABOUT ME

I'm a lifelong facilitator of connections, a lover of learning, deeply curious, and am rooted in a deep commitment to racial and social justice. Those core aspects of who I am have guided my path since childhood and continue to lead me today. For the last twenty-five years, I've been able to turn that into a career, providing coaching, facilitation, strategy design, fund development and capacity building to individuals, organizations, networks and philanthropy who are equally committed to advancing racial and social justice.  My focus is always on building from what already exists (or disrupting it), exploring possibilities for new ways of being and doing, and co-creating together a future we can only begin to imagine.

When I'm not busy doing that, I am cooking, reading, walking, enjoying time with my husband and our two pups, or out exploring the land of enchantment we now call home.
